Integrate scRNAseq with 10x Multiome
Hello,
I have a question that may be a bit naive :)
I have six 5' scRNAseq samples. We are planning to run 4 samples with the 10x Multiome scATAC + RNA seq to look at the transcriptome and epigenome.
I was wondering if it's possible to then "extract" the transcriptome data from the Multiome and integrate it with the six scRNAseq samples to add up to a total of 10.

Yes, it is possible. You just need to keep in mind you have to take into account the different technologies that were used.
