E. coli numbering for other bacteria variations
Hello, I'm working on in silico analysis for many mutations in bacteria. I found in the literatture mutations positions according to the E.coli numbering system. How can I convert this number positions to the mutation position in my bacteria.
Example: if there is a mutation from G to C at position 1024 according to E. Coli numbering system, but in the bacteria fasta file we didn't found the G In the same position.
Can you help me please? Thank you
