Content of Rscript gone after updating

A few days before, I updated my Rstudio to the latest version 2022-04-19. Then all the content inside my Rscirpt which I saved using the old version of R all gone, blank nothing. All my Rscript face the same problem except the ones I saved using new version.

Does anyone know how to fix it? Can it still be fixed?
