Core/pan genome pipeline
Good day. I wish to build a core- and pan-genome out of 30 closely related fungal strains but I do not know where to start.
Starting after sequence assembly, which software and steps would you recommend?
In addition, what is a good way to find mitochondrial DNA in assembly data?
