Hi, i am trying to run CCT (cgview_comparison_tool) and this is giving following error- Does anyone know how to visualize pangenome large datasets together ? Please let me know.

./build_cog_db.sh

Error is clear. Try to check the permissions. Please do not use reserved characters in user ids.
