How to align/ blast vector sequence to human genome

Does any one have any suggestions on how to do this properly?

You could align your vector to the human genome, but this would be a very long alignment. I would suggest using NCBI BLAST and entering Homo sapiens in the Organism field.

Thanks! So I just paste my sequence into nblast, change the organism to homo sapiens and then leave the rest of the parameters blank/default?
