Hi all,

When doing enrichment analysis in DAVID, the default background is the 'Homo sapiens' ..

But DAVID does not provide any more information regarding the background that they use? (i.e how many genes do they use as background? what genes they use?)

The reason I need to know this is because I want to replicate DAVID's calculation. But without such information I cant replicate the Fisher exact test that DAVID automatically do on their website!

Any Idea?
