merge microarray from different platforms for differentially expressed gene analysis
Hi, I want to merge microarrays from different platforms to analyze differentially expressed genes, should I do something or just merge them and remove batch effect, for example I want to merge the microarrays from the GPL570 and GPL11532. Any guidance is appreciated!
