Antimicrobial resistance genes
greetings
using PATRIC software, I have discovered that it has noted some AMR genes found in CARD, however when i use CARD Database and entering the sequence of the same genome, no information is provided to show that there are indeed AMR genes found in the genome, rather it says no results found in this table... may i kindly know what this imply.
