Per the title, I have been attempting some fine mapping with a new release of summary statistics and previously straight forward loci now have multiple causal SNPs, typically only one of which is GWAS significant. What does one do in such a situation? Can one say that only the gwas significant snp is causal or must one consider all of them? Hoping to get a publication out of this if possible.
