Hi,

Can anyone recommend a tool or software suite (free of course) that can be used to perform mode of inheritance based filtering for trios having structural variants? I am aware that there are some that have been written for SNVs (I think GEMINI is one of them), but is there anything which is structural variants based? I believe at the end, the tool will take genotypes into consideration and hence can be reused for structural variants. But, correct me if I am wrong or is it more complicated than this?
