Estimating gene flow in non-structured populations

Hi everyone

I'm working on a population genomics project and I want to analyze the existence of gene flow between different localities of the species I'm working with. I have the filtered SNPs from each locality and it seems like there's no genetic structure in this species. I was wondering if in this case, TreeMix would be an appropriate method to analyze the migration patterns between the localities since there are no sub populations.

If TreeMix it's not the best way to address this, does anyone know which method could work for my data?

Thanks
