Hi, I'm working on some viral sequences form Refseq and wondering whether some of these complete genomes are in fact prophages. I know that this is definitely an option for metagenomic assembled contigs, but not sure if it might happen for this high quality genomes like refseq genomes and if so is there any way to identify whether a full genome is bona-fide prophage. Thanks!
