According to the paper titled "Heritability enrichment of specifically expressed genes identifies disease-relevant tissues and cell types" published from Nature Genetics in 2018, the author showed how to compute t-statistic as shown in below figure. I tried to compute this t-statistic, but I don't know the meaning of "[0]" or "[0, 0]" in numerator and denominator of a fraction. Could anyone help with this question?
