Position weight Matrix and Homer
Good day,
I have been using HOMER with some success. However, when I generate a motif file (known motif) I am not getting the position weight matrix/ sequence logo.
I have checked my version of weblogo and I have weblogo 3.7.9 installed. Is this to recent of a version? I have seen 2.8.2 referenced here.
Any thoughts on how to get the matrices is greatly appreciated.
command I am using is:
findMotifsGenome.pl /mnt/e/Day3L_Day10_ATACseq_log2FC_filtered_Homer.txt mm10 /mnt/e/Day3L_Day10_Filtered_Homer_TXNfactor/ -size 401 -p 7
