Correlated PEER factors
I have a voom normalized matrix of 3863 genes and 192 individuals. I ran PEER at n=50. I see PEER factors are all independent until n=35. After that pair-wise correlation of PEER factors are highly correlated. Could you please explain me in what conditions it can happen?

Have you checked the elbow plot of variance explained by each PEER factor?
