Easy way to calculate frequencies in Plink
If I have a list of ID's and groups like this
I0781 Bulgaria_C_0
I0785 Bulgaria_C_0
I0786 Bulgaria_C_1
I0787 Bulgaria_C_1
Is there a way to calculate frequencies in Plink based on Populations (Bulgaria_C_0 and Bulgaria_C_1) without recurring to create multiples files for --keep option and obtain a .frq file for each population?
