Forum: What kind of analysis automation or pipeline is most needed in genomic data analysis right now?

I am a student working towards bioinformatics software development. I was wondering, what kind of challenges bioinformaticians are facing today to analyse genomic data. I understand there are several statistical analysis methods involved but I still wonder what sort of software or AI automation would mostly help analysing genomic data fast and with a very low margin of error.
