visualization output Tax4fun2 - STAMP?

Hi everyone,

I have used Tax4fun2 for predicting functional, following a tutorial I found online: https://rpubs.com/Tona_MP/pt2_Curso

I have now 2 text files, one "functional_prediction.txt", and one "pathway_prediction.txt", which look as follows:

functional prediction txt file:

KO IAM01.T1 IAM01.T7 IAM02.T1 IAM02.T7 [for all samples] description

K00001 0.00032205726179444 0.000244540898428248 0.000245477440573806 0.000222015194422456 [values for all samples] alcohol dehydrogenase [EC:1.1.1.1]
K00002 ...

pathway prediction txt file:
pathway KO IAM01.T1 IAM01.T7 IAM02.T1 IAM02.T7 [for all samples] level1 level2 level3 ko00010 0.0115396520579465 227 0.0109234082797661 0.0108617187286585 0.0109675785867702 [values for all samples] Glycolysis / Gluconeogenesis Carbohydrate metabolism Metabolism
ko00020 ...

I don't know how I can use them in STAMP or does anyone knows other visualization techniques where I can visualize these pathway predictions/functional predictions?

Thank you so much!

Hello, how are you?

I have come across your comment, and now I am in the same situation that you described here. Have you solved this problem? How can you visualize the pathways functional predictions made with Tax4fun2?

Thank you very much

Kind regards
