How to get full list of ID-s of scRNA datasets in EBI Single Cell Expression Atlas ?
EBI Single Cell Expression Atlas - https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gxa/sc/experiments Is nice collection of scRNA-seq datasets.
The datasets can be downloaded by SCANPY (https://scanpy.readthedocs.io/en/stable/generated/scanpy.datasets.ebi_expression_atlas.html#scanpy.datasets.ebi_expression_atlas) But we need to know IDs like ( E-GEOD-98816 or E-MTAB-4888 )
Question: How to get all IDs of the collection https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gxa/sc/experiments ?
E.g. I need to run script for all (almost all - e.g. human) scRNA-seq datasets from that collection.
