Galaxy vs Cancer Genomics Cloud
Hi,
I want to use cloud computing services to analyze my oncological data. I came across Galaxy and Cancer Genomics Cloud as two cloud computing platforms which are used by the research community. Can someone give me the pros and cons of using either Galaxy or Cancer Genomics Cloud.

at the outset, one is managed by commercial entity and the other one is community maintained and free. Analysis of cancer is a vast field and needs significant resources. Unless you are more specific in your analysis, it is difficult to suggest you the better. More than the platform, you need to think about the experiment outcome and resources you have to reach the outcome.
