Psap (Position Specific Amino-Acid Probability) Script
I wanted to calculate Position Specific Amino-Acid Probability scores from MSA. I need script to calculate psap. Earlier I used to use script from "http://www.mobioinfor.cn/parepro" which is down. If anybody has the script or any of your own version, please share here.
