Estimating Mutation Age
Hi everyone,
I would like to estimate the age of two SNPs which are in a LD block. I was thinking to use DMLE+ but the mutations are in a pseudogene so I do not have any phenotypic data, and I don't know which population growth rate to use. Could anyone suggest a more appropriate software which estimates the mutation age of known mutations?
