RAST IRIS environment discontinued?
Hi,
I am fairly new to executing genome annotations. From posts on different websites, I got the impression the RAST was among the popular websites for annotation of bacterial genome, and have hence attempted to use the IRIS environment of the RAST website. However, even after creating a login at the RAST website, I fail to login to the IRIS environment. Has the IRIS environment been discontinued, and in that case, what has replaced it? Or, do I have to create a new login specifically for the IRIS environment, and in that case, where do I register for this?
