The institution I am working at, is considering setting up a web-based GUI workflow management system for the researchers, based upon the institution's cluster.

I have heard from some sources (e.g. this post) that with an Galaxy is cumbersome to use (and to maintain) with a cluster.

When looking into it, I am thinking about Yabi as an alternative to Galaxy.

• Hence, does anyone know of a publicly available Yabi server (similar to usegalaxy.org)?

  I would like to try and "play" with it before making a decision to investigate deeper.

P.S. Yabi is not supported anymore (its GitHub directory status is read-only) which is a major disadvantage of course.
