Hi guys Can anyone answer these question? I am stuck..
Navigate to the BRCA2 gene page: http://uswest.ensembl.org and look up BRCA2 (human):
a. Show transcripts, and match IDs with the genomics tracks. Use the transcript flags and genomic track to indicate the difference between BRCA2-201 and BRCA2-206.
b. Click on “Sequence” in the left-hand menu. What type of sequence feature makes up the majority of the gene? How are “BRCA2 exons” different than “All exons in this region”?
