Hi,

I've downloaded the GSE data set GSE133355 using GEOParse.

When I looked for the samples' associated dataframe, there appears to be none.

Table data: Empty DataFrame Columns: [] Index: []

I want to make sure this is because there is none, i.e. artifact of how the uploader stored the data (perhaps only as supplementary file), as opposed to something more easily fixed.
