Harvesting number of miRNA interaction for the whole genome using DIANA tools (or a similar database)
Hi all,
I am trying to identify the number of miRNA interactions that have been reported for each gene. For example, searching DIANA tools for "TIMP2" (http://carolina.imis.athena-innovation.gr/diana_tools/web/index.php?r=tarbasev8%2Findex) identified 116 interactions from 41 experiments. I want this for every gene so that I can discuss the relevance of the 116 interactions reported for TIMP2.
Any advice?

The ENCORI database contains predictions from 4 leading miRNA target site predictions on the human genome, along with experimental evidence of miRNA targeting from many Ago-CLIP experiments and the database can be downloaded as a simple tab separated table.
