I'm a bit confuse about bacteriophage (meta)transcriptomics to investigate phage community in Insects. So, if anyone could help by answering these questions :

1. Could I study bacteriophages community of an organism with a poly A
2. RNA Sequencing technology ? If yes, which type of bacteriophages will I capture : lysogenic, lytic or both ?
3. And what about the genome : DNA bacteriophage, RNA bacteriophages or both ?
4. Also, is there a book or review I can refer to ?
