what's the difference between "expansion" and "rapid expansion"?
Dear,
I used the python scripts cafetutorial_report_analysis.py to summary CAFE output and get the pub, node, fams and anc files based on the Tutorial.
In the results, I got expanded families(contracted fams) and rapid expanded families(rapid contracted fams). I am very confused about the difference between "expansion" and "rapid expansion"? Does it means the families expands significantly?
And which data should be used for the next analysis?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
