MyTaxa prep doesn't work

Hello, Im triying to use MyTaxa to perform a AAI analysis, however, when I try to use de MyTaxa_prep I get the following error:

Input: ./mytaxa_prep.py -i test_proteín.faa -p output --prodigal=="./prodigal"

Output ./mytaxa_prep.py", line 94, in main if not prodigal_test or prodigal_test.count('not found') ==1: TypeError: argument should be integer or bytes-like object, not 'str'

How could I solve it? Anyone know an alternative to perform an AAI?
