NCBI STAT Taxonomy and Krona percentages different

When viewing taxonomy percantages in NCBI using STAT - eg for

https://trace.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Traces/sra/?run=SRR17086230

Under 'Taxonomy analysis' Mus musculus is 78.13%

Under 'Strong signals' Mus musculus is 92.5%

In Krona view Mus musculus is 93% (presumably rounded)

Why are the 'Taxonomy analysis' percentage much lower?

Which is the actual percentage of total reads matching Mus musculus 78.13% or 93%?

Under 'How to read results' it doesnt specify if it is referring to 'Taxonomy analysis' or 'Krona' values.

ncbi stat krona taxonomy
