Lasso for survival analysis: Expression dichotomization necessary or not?
Hi all!
Sorry if this question sounds naive.
I know survival analysis of gene expression data can be based on either discretized or continuous expression values. I was wondering whether using Lasso Cox models make sense with discrete/dichotomized gene expresssion?
