Best Database/Wesbite to show inhibiting and promoting substances of gene

This a what self decode is showing about the GAD2 gene:

I want to find a website/database (or multiple) that will list substances that affect a gene.

I found https://www.brenda-enzymes.org/. But Brenda is not comprehensive, and there appear to be many substances that affect the gene that is not in Brenda.

Can anyone give me a more comprehensive database? Ideally, the source would have an API

Thanks. But do Genecards have API? Also, there are no chemical substances related to GAD2 are showing on Genecards
