Transcriptomics and Metatranscriptomics data
How can I find and download the raw transcriptomics and metatranscriptomics data of cancer samples together? Is there an article that has both data together? Is there a specific source that allows me to access both data together? I searched in NCBI, but did not find both metatranscriptomics and transcriptomics data for cancer samples.

Did you check TCGA? Else this sounds a bit niche such that there might not (yet) be a specific database for this combination of data types from cancer samples.
Yes, I checked the TCGA, but there isn't metatranscriptomics sequencing in it. Also, I don't find a sample in NCBI that has both transcriptomics and metatranscriptomics sequencing.
