Phasing variants in the middle generation (of three generations)
I have the variant information for three generations. Is there any way that I am able to “perfectly” phase the variants in the middle generation (n = 2)? There will be four grandparents in generation 1, and two kids in generation 3. Is there any pipeline, or any filtering that I can do to achieve this? Thank you so much!
