I am trying to use predictdb tutorial. The link is: https://github.com/hakyimlab/PredictDB-Tutorial

When I run gtex_tiss_chrom.R script, it throws an error

Error in file(file, "rt") : cannot open the connection
Calls: main ...get_filtered_snp_annot -> %>% -> distinct -> filter -> read.table -> file 
In addition: Warning message:

cannot open file '/home/data_download/train/output_predictdb/snp_annot.chrNA.txt': No such file or directory

I checked this directory. It has those files.

But still getting this error.
