Hi! I need some help understanding the HiC compartimentalization data. I have gotten a file containing the compartment calls for a HiC experiment. It is a bed file containing 4 columns. I would like to understand what the column containing the correlation values that define the compartment is. The data comes from calling compartments in HiTC R package. The file containing the output looks like this:

chr4 1040000 1049999 0.065
chr4 130000 139999 0.091
chr4 260000 269999 0.125
chr4 390000 399999 0.047
chr4 520000 529999 0.060
