Job: Research Fellow (Postdoc) in Computational Radiation Biology and Oncology at UCL

The Computational Radiation Biology and Oncology Lab, led by Dr Jamie Dean, is seeking a Research Fellow with a background in theoretical/mathematical/computational modelling and data analysis (as demonstrated by publication/s) to join the Computational Radiation Biology and Oncology Lab based at the UCL Department of Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering and UCL Cancer Institute. You will perform a multidisciplinary study to “Discover how glioblastoma cells enact bet-hedging to resist radiotherapy” under the supervision of Dr Jamie Dean and in close collaboration with experimental biologists at the UCL Cancer Institute. The post is funded until 31/10/2024 in the first instance. Opportunities to continue beyond the initial funded period will be discussed.
