Probe level to gene expression
Hello,
I have a table of probe level for different samples. I would like to generate a table with the gene expression (mRNA) value for the corresponding gene for the samples. (e.g the probe cg20250015 is located in the gene IGFBP7, thus the TPM or normalized count value for IGFBP7 for all the samples. Anyone has an idea how to do it in R. Are there any packages?
