Is there a public database where I could download mRNA seq (transcriptome) data of 293T cells
Dear Biostars forum members,
Are there any public mRNA seq databases where I could download mRNA seq (transcriptome) data of 293T cells (prefer plain 293T cells without any siRNA or CRISPR treatment)? I would like to calculate the mon- and di-nucleotide frequencies of the transcriptome of 293T cells.
Sorry this question may be naive to many members in this forum but I have never done this before.
