Distance matrix PCA
Hi all,
I generated PCA values for the 1000genomes dataset using PLINK. I know how to plot the values for PC1 and PC2, but my question is how can I generate a distance matrix to select near samples based on populations? Like for example if I select the finish population, how can I get all samples within a specific distance from it?
