How does one map between drugbank ids and rxnorm ids (ids used in TWOSIDES and OFFSIDES databases)

I'm working with drugbank ids and I'd like to incorporate adverse effects from OFFSIDES database http://tatonettilab.org/offsides/. I'll appreciate help in mapping between the ids.

looks like NIH applies RxNorm ids to drugbank, maybe use their mapping? https://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/rxnorm/sourcereleasedocs/drugbank.html
