Where can I find a TF-target gene network for skin tissue
Hi! I'm going to do a TF activity inference analysis with for example VIPER or SEPIRA. For both I need a tissue specific regulatory network and I'm interested in the skin. Does anyone know if there is any pre-made TF-target gene networks for this? Or do I have to make it myself?

Try Dorothea - the database of human/mouse TF regulons, and it's interface decoupleR to infer the TF activities; the latter is also available in Python, i think, but I haven't tried it.
