RRHO2 Heatmaps uneven size
Hi.
I've used the RRHO2 package to compare gene expression between two groups carried out in two separate studies. On the left is Treatment 1 vs Control for two studies and on the right is Treatment 2 vs Control for the same two studies.
I would like to find out why the heatmaps for the first comparison are even squares, but for the second the plots are all of different size.
For the first RRHO heatmap, there are 564 genes and there are 352 for the second.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
