Can not find active_site.dat.gz in pfam ftp and got perl error Use of uninitialized value $fam_id in hash element

well, when I followed the Readme to install Pfam_scan, I couldn't find active_site.dat.gz in Pfam's ftp. In every post I check , it illustrated the file should be in http://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/Pfam/current_release/; but it isn't there! and I found the file with the same name in http://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/Pfam/Tools/ActSitePred/. However, when I download the active_site.dat.gz from http://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/Pfam/Tools/ActSitePred/, I got error below:

Use of uninitialized value $fam_id in hash element at /public/home/sunyq/miniconda3/bin/Bio/Pfam/Scan/PfamScan.pm line 807, <AS> line 1.
Use of uninitialized value $fam_id in hash element at /public/home/sunyq/miniconda3/bin/Bio/Pfam/Scan/PfamScan.pm line 807, <AS> line 2.

Use of uninitialized value $fam_id in hash element at /public/home/sunyq/miniconda3/bin/Bio/Pfam/Scan/PfamScan.pm line 807, <AS> line 4.

and I think may this file was just for test? and here's the content of active_site.dat.gz I downloaded.

SPEB_STRPY experimental 192
SPEB_STRPY experimental 340
PRTT_PORGI pfam_pred 184 Aligns with SPEB_STRPY
PRTT_PORGI pfam_pred 327 Aligns with SPEB_STRPY

I'm really confused and need help. Is it the exact 'active_site.dat.gz' that I need to? If so, how to solved the error? Thanks! if it isn't the true file, could some please send me one?

pfamscan active_site.dat.gz
