Several of the same gene symbol id for different ensembl ids in RNA-seq data
Hi! I'm working with high throughput RNA-seq and in the data set I have different ensembl ids but some of the gene name ids/gene symbols are the same. How do I solve this problem, do I just keep the ensembl id for all ensembl ids, or do I have to handle that some of the ensembl ids correspond to the same gene name?
