I'm running PedPhase 2.1 algorithm for haplotype phasing, and I got this error when I run a large dataset:

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

It's Windows 10.

Has anyone had the same error, how can I fix it? If someone have an idea, I really appreciate any comment.
