Job: Bioinformatics position at the spatial transcriptomics facility of Lyon (France)
The newly funded Spatial-Cell-ID spatial transcriptomics facility of Lyon is looking for a bioinformatics staff scientist.
This person would be in charge of leading the data analysis efforts of our facility.
Experience in single-cell data analysis is required.
Experience in spatialOmics, image analysis, machine learning would be a plus.
The position is fully funded for 8 years and might lead to a permanent post.
