Hi, I am doing Genome-wide analysis of some specific gene family. I want to construct a figure chromosome map showing the tandem duplication and segmental duplication events. I have obtained the duplicated pair of genes using PGDD and MCScanX. I can construct a chromosome map using MG2C but how to show the gene duplication events as well.
